I have started with them using their own pencils and erasers, and if they
want one of mine, they have to give me something for security - a pencil,
money, their watch, a shoe, a coat, it gets pretty funny but they get the
point and it has helped tremendously. I am going through far far fewer
pencils and erasers than I was previously.
