Local home supply store, like Home Depot or Lowe's...get Mastic(k)...spread
a thin layer of that down and attach the tiles. The next day grout and
seal. Mastic, grout and even the tiles are fairly inexpensive. That sealer
can be pretty spendy; yet a little goes a long way.
