Adobe programs - color

We just got new Dell PCs and a HP techtronic phaser printer in the Tech. Ed
Dept, so I am teaching my Commercial Art classes up there. My question is,
how do you calibrate the color on the monitor to the color on the printer?
It was never a problem, but with the new equip it's not even close. One
student did a design in khaki and olive green and it came out kelly green
and lemon yellow. I tried to change the settings on the computer to Adobe
RGB, but it made it worse. Any other suggestions??
