I agree with Susan, the stools do tip over. But, I had chairs in the art
room and we couldn't move, the room is so small. So I have wonderful wooden
library chairs at the ends of the tables, where they can get under the table
and wooden stools for the other six places. These are tables that would fit
4 comfortably, but sometimes have 10 kids. The room is too small for 16 and
sometimes we have 27 or 28. Fun.

Having stools
of differing heights has been helpful to some degree.
Now I have the heavy solid oak chairs with slat backs, the old-fashion
"library chair". Haven't lost a kid yet one those.
