This is the response I got back from Yahoo Photo.
No wonder it wouldn't work. or did someone with a Mac actually get an
album going on this sight?

The Yahoo! Photos Easy Upload Tool installer is 135K in size. It is
available for PC with Internet Explorer 5.0x or greater on Windows
95/98, ME, NT, 2000, and XP and Netscape 4.x on Windows 95/98, ME, NT,
2000, and XP. It is not currently available for Mac we're always looking
for ways to improve our service, and we consider user feedback a
valuable resource.
