Those darn animals - fees

    I maybe off base on this but I received a cow on parade cup from my
sister inlaw a couple of years ago and I think it had a blurb with it
that said that for that "cows on parade" that part or all of the fees
collected to enter and the money for the souvenir connected to them was
to go to charity. The entry fee was suppose to be charged to a
corporate sponsor, not to the artist. It was billed as an City Art
activity to raise money for charity.
