NYC had cows. Not only are these animal projects not enouraging of
individual creativity, there is in every case a committee that vets
(excuse pun) each animal's design for "appropriateness." There was
more than one cow censored in NYC's herd. Artists give up their First
Amendment rights whenever art is institutionalized in this way. Well,
off the soap box and into Scuola San Rocco. Jane of Brooklyn
