Need help with changing browser cookies

1. in internet explorer - choose Edit - scroll down to Preferences
2. in internet explorer preferences window - scroll down to receiving files
and then cookies
3. there should be the following line on the right - when receiving cookies:
choose never ask, ask for each site or ask for each cookie.

that should do it i hope :)
