Thanks Kevan... and Woody, for your clarifications on this topic. I am
glad to hear there is some accountability in this process and that teachers
have an input. I guess I still have a bad taste in my mouth from some not
so professional experiences with art contests or exhibits geared towards
young children where the judges have a political agenda. It is also not hard
to see that art teachers at the elementary level are missing from your
roster of "qualified" judges. Are we invisible because we are DOWN at the
elementary?
