This sounds like great advice! Can either of you tell me 1) how to access the Netscape feature for turning off the pop-ups? and 2) of any (free) route for asking Netscape questions? I am so frustrated by not being able to ask them specific questions. My BellSouth.net has an internet route for talking with a tech, but I can't find one for my netscape questions. For example, recently the way I access my e-mail changed from a simple procedure to a complicated one, just like that, poof. Now it may have been something I clicked, but I've no netscape contact to ask about it, unless I want to pay for a consultation. Any ideas? You people are tremendous. J.
