Bush Sr. was a 1000 points of light (a school could get a certificate for
doing something...forgot what)

Goals 2000 was a Clinton initiative. (School boards hated goals 2000 because
it was really standards based!) (passed into legislation in 1994)

Bush Jr. is Leave no Child Behind...duh!!! Let's see...now that we have all
these testing requirements...but less money because he is going to cut
taxes...how are we to pay for these stupid ideas of his???

Oooppsss...sorry...forgot to leave my opinions at the door!!!
