Hi Karen, I have had the kids do this by cutting large ovals or tear
drop shapes from paper. about 4 per flower. Then make a cut up from the
bottom of the shape, and overlap it with glue to give it form. Repeat
with all, and glue together to form a whole flower. You can use oil
pastels or contrasting paper to create some variation of the color
scheme within the flower. We just put ours on paper stems, but you could
use dowels, or wire. I used these last year with 2nds and with the
gardeners quotes.
