Subject: HIGHER LEVEL THINKING SKILLS

Here is a question that was recently posed "What are
some the higher level thinking skills in the Visual
Arts or the Arts in general?" This question was posed
by our School Board as a goall in curriculum
development for all subject areas.
I would like to start a list that everyone can add to
when a thought comes to mind.

Let me start the list please feel free to make your
additions:
1. The Arts allow students to solve problems in a
variety of unique approaches.
2. The Arts encourage experimentation which leads to
discovery of new found concepts and skills.
3. Add your own.........

I would like to compile the suggested ideas and post
them for everyone.
