Really excited here. We are finally getting the use of
sketchbooks/journals into place. For the first time in five
years with this district, I can say I have 100 percent of the
students hooked on a lesson. I mean 100 percent. We are
making the journals, creating our own covers, binding the pages
together (sewing), finishing them like a regular book. The
students want to make more and more and more.
My only problem, faculty wants them also.
English department is jealous :-). And was not aware we did
writing. I was asked to share this with the department heads
during our meeting yesterday morning. Tee Hee.
