I have used a small finishing nail, hammered threw all pages,
and then bound with string. Matter of fact, my students are
making their own bound sketchbooks. All 600 of them, must
confess, 5 art teachers though. Students are really excited
about the bound look of their own sketchbooks. If I find the
website I got the instructions from, will send to you.
