Chroma School Acrylic

Hi. Have any of you used Chroma School Acrylic paint (Sax catalogue, page
55)? They are really cheap, so I'm worried about quality. If you've used
them, what do you think? If they are no good, or you have never heard of
them, does anyone have any suggestions for an inexpensive acrylic paint?
It's got to be sold in bulk, I need to be able to choose the colors, I don't
want it to peel or flake, and I'd like decently vibrant colors. Any ideas?
