Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone can help me with this. A while back I went to a
pastel workshop and the instructor had us use a type of tape that could
be
used to mask off a border around the pastel paper. It wasn't ordinary
masking
tape and it didn't rip or tear the paper. Anyone ever hear of this?
thanks,
