I just sent a reply to Mark Stone at the Getty about
problems with the list.

Mark,
        Thanks for getting back with me. Yes several people are
frustrated at not being able to sign back up after taking some
time off. But there must be other problems because when I
try to check messages on the site I get this message:
This Lyris ListManager Server is currently unavailable.
