How about an online art ed course? Two begin Feb. 25 and then again June 17.

Teaching Art Online - an introduction to using the internet in the art
room. Nancy Walkup will be teaching it this spring and Craig Roland this
summer.

Identity and Place in Contemporary Art will be taught by Don Krug.
These course may be taken for professional development and graduate credit.
