All their projects require...a sketch...and most importantly 'conference'
time when their idea is discussed with me and especially how they plan to
execute it. I try to have a good handle on each student's ability with clay.
I always I control clay allocation. Along the way...I spend individual time
troubleshooting with them to help them translate their ideas into clay.
