My New Year's Wish to you - SUCCESS

---------

What is success?
To laugh often and much;
To win the respect of intelligent people
and the affection of children;
To earn the appreciation of honest critics
and endure the betrayal of false friends;
To appreciate beauty;
To find the best in others;
To leave the world a bit better, whether by
a healthy child, a garden patch
or a redeemed social condition;
To know even one life has breathed
easier because you have lived;
This is to have succeeded.
~ by Ralph Waldo Emerson

Thank you Ralph for allowing me to post this to the list (smile).

How great thou ART. I know that is the name of a song --- but hey we
(ARTS/artists/art teachers) are great and it is high time our "honest
critics" all see that (smile). I do feel successful today in so many
ways....So I am wishing all of you success, too.... for this great New
Year.
