I know this is a really late posting but I am trying desperatly to selectively catch up on my postings - I don't specifically have plans but "Reader's Digest - Crafts and Hobbies, A Step-by-Step Guide to Creative Skills" has a page on constructing a potter's wheel -pg 137 - I picked this book up at a second hand store - but I would think you could get it at the library - if you would like more info on it - let me know - email me at cmcolera Hope this helps.
