    Hi -

I working on getting my first high school printmaking class set up and have
a few questions for the pros. I plan on doing some monoprinting in
plexiglass with caran dache crayons. We used to use something called
"simple green" in college to clean up with, but I have no idea what that is
or where to find it. Is there any other way to clean plexiglass without
using a solvent that will destroy the surface?

What do you use to clean oil based inks off of soft brayers?

Also, when doing monoprints on zinc sheets by rolling on oil based ink and
working a solvent into it with brushes, brayers, etc. what is the solvent?
    Is it just paint thinner?

    Thanks!!
    Deb
