    i hoped attempt at humor was evident. my sarcaam doens't always convey. not
    only am i the art teacher, i'm half time! i am treated as though i am the
    nice lady who relieves the real teachers so they can have their prep. i too
    have been asked to do a "crafty" project by other teachers as though i have
    no curriculum or plans of my own. our school works with grade level teams.
    guess when teams meet. yep, during art. guess when parent conferences are
    schuled. yep, during art. i asked for coverage so i could express my concern
    about a student that was having major problems. i was told to write my
    concerns down and someone would share them. no coverage was available. i
    have gone to faculty meetings (scheduled 2 hours after my dismissal) and
    tried to "educate" or explain what i do. maybe some day..........
