    I did my area of emphasis for evaluation on creativity and my principal
    allowed me to use 1 faculty meeting a month for 3 months to present to my
    staff. I presented general information and there was always a fun hands on
    project related to some curricular area. Staff response was very positive and
    from then on they came to me in the beginning of the year to plan.
    When I changed schools I hooked up with one grade level and we planned some
    projects together which were on display for open House, Parent response was
    great and the rest of the staff wanted projects related to their areas. You
    have to be your own advocate.
