Sounds like your completely capable and ready to pass on the "Smartz"
to your faculty! Use your inservice time to show them how your curriculum
is prepared-go over the integration aspects of pre-planning a lesson with
them.
Smile -and remind them that after "such-and-such" a date your curriculum is
pre-scheduled and you won't be accepting any more requests. Be strong and
gentle-
AND FIRM. They'll learn -like the kids-no means-NO.
If you appear to be continuously available-they'll continuously take
advantage.
We have State Standards for Art-how about you? Show 'em yours!!!!
