    neighbor taught a rug hooking class. I bought all my wool fabric from the
    goodwill and just cut it up and ran it through the shredder! Very
    economical. She was in her 80's and had been teaching for over 60 years. and
    this was 20 years ago. It's a very "colonial craft" Lots of history there.
    She even had t-shirts made that said "Ms. Fitz and the Happy Hookers" I
    always got a raised brow with that one!
