    OK, The "bowl" of the hat is created around the balloon. And then a brim is
    added, The facial features are done around the bowl of the hat so it's not
    just on the front but in the "round" Some of the kids add hands to the brim
    or make the eyes in 3-d and hang them from the brim. I know it's hard to
    picture. Hope this helps.
