I don't know much about the equipment you have access to but of you have a
printing press you can calendar the paper.
You run the paper through the press changing the direction 4- 8 times. If
you don't have access to that you can use a paper press and leave it in for
a few days. If you have a dry mounting press( used in mounting photographs)
and the heat should make the paper straighten out.
You can always try leaving all of the paper in one or two piles and put
a board over it with bricks or cinder blocks on it and let it set for a
weekend. This may help but it would take a bit longer to straighten. I hope
