    I had the same experience with my HSers. So I tossed the pens but saved the
    ink for brush work and a special project. I have the kids take drops of ink
    and let them drop to the paper, then with straws, they blow the ink all over
    and with the fine point markers they are to "find" their drawings and create
    from the splatters. We get some very interesting drawings. But, have some
    brown bags handy, The over zealous ones tend to hyper-ventilate!
