My experince has been that FIMO is most often...hard,crumbly and not easy
    for
students (or anyone) to use. I have used the other brand name- Sculpty. It
too can be baked in your oven at home to harden. The fourth and fifth
    graders
at my school made pins for an art sale we have every spring. The results
were outstanding. We sold almost 100 pins. I would highly recommend the
    brand
Sculpty- If you ever want to purchase some. Sincerely, LaDonna aka

I too use Sculpty. It's great and never crumbly. I found a better way to
warm it. I wrap it with a little plastic and put it in between a heating pad
for a few minutes. I love the idea of the pins. What is your method for
attaching the fasteners, and what type of fasteners are best? Thanks.
