Middle School Schedule

    I am looking for help in this matter, if any middle school unified arts
    teachers have a schedule that works well please send it to me. I teach
    three grades 6,7,8, and there are about 250 students per grade divided
    for the most part into 2 teams of five teachers for every grade. Right
    now Unified Arts is 10 teachers who take these classes all at the same
    time one grade at a time. The problem is that we end up teaching more
    classes than other "academic" teachers and have been asked to turn in a
    fairer schedule or at least some options to choose from.
