    Hello Folks at Arsednet list:

I saw this quote this morning in the Columbus Dispatch. Thought it
spoke in a similar vein to some of the political topics on the list
    recently.

"Political correctness is just tyranny with manners. I wish for you
the courage to be unpopular. Popularity is history's pocket change.
Courage is history's true currency." ___ Charlton Heston, head of the
National Rifle Association, during a speech Monday to Arizona's House of
Representatives before the new legislative session opened.

Last weekend I posted Useful Thought # 1. Not sure if it got out
to any of you, so here it is again....

Patience is the ability to idle your motor when you feel like
            stripping your gears.

Thanks to all of you for being a part of the ArtsEdNet list family.
I enjoy and benefit greatly from your postings, short and long, simple and
    profound.
