Thanks for replying and your willingness to answer more questions. Could you
ask your wife these questions?
€ What are the things that you wish you'd known beforehand?
€ Did most of the positions you interviewed for fall in the K-12
requirement? I'd rather not teach high school - or even middle school if I
could help it.
€ How long were your positions (1 year, etc.) Could you have stayed longer?
€ What about visual art resources? Where there some available at the school?
Area? Did you take some of your school stuff along?
€ Did you teach American kids in the schools or were they people from that
country?
€ How flexible were the schools in letting you teach your curriculum?
€ What about the conditions of the school and art room?
€ Would you have gotten these jobs without going to the interview fair? I
don't want to spend the money, time and travel if the odds aren't that good
or if the jobs could just as easily be found in other means.
