    Melissa,

My wife taught in Turkey for two years, music and theater. Anything in
particular you'd like to know about? Overall, she thought it was one of the
best experiences of her life. Fortunately or unfortunately, it ruined her
on education in the U.S. Education is so highly valued in other countries,
especially by the students, that teaching, or trying to teach, in the U.S.
    is...disconcerting, to say the least.

Our opinion: by all means, go for it!

    Larry
