I know...you might not think this is an obvious art ed. topic but it's for
anyone of you who MIGHT be contemplating this technology.....
I also had that eye laser surgery last year. My vision was 20/700 aand
20/800. Within 8 minutes I went to 20/40 in both eyes with NO stigmatism at
all! No pain, no pain pills, no moaning or groaning...no glasses, no
contacts. Got out the chair and could have driven home if it weren't for the
valium to relax me (you have to stay awake in the chair but with the valium
I couldn't have cared less). It was worth every penny. Had it Monday
afternoon...went back to teaching Tuesday morning. No one knew but me...in
case I chickened out at the last second.
It's been about a year now and I STILL appreciate my little miracle EVERY
day!
