Hadn't throught about it until now but a great lesson for 6th grade
boys...especially if they're rowdy...is finger weaving. Keeps both hands
occupied for the WHOLE class period and these same fingers can't wonder
around the room getting into trouble. You can't put it down until it's
finished. It's also a good pick-me-up-anytime-
when-I'm-finished-with-my-other-project-early exercise. If you don't know
how to do it, just ask any third or fourth grader. That's who taught me!
