Re: 6th grade project ideas?

    Have you ever thought of weaving? My 6th grade boys love it. I have done
    pocket weaving with them and currently doing weaving in the round. They also
    love anything in clay.
    I am going to be doing a presentation at Nationals on a large project I did
    with 6th graders about Egypt. We carved into styrofoam insulation board and
    made a large tomb with relief carvings and a 6 ft tall paper mache mummy. It
    will be a a fun presenatation if your are going to LA,
