Have you ever tried "Trust Games" by the New Game society?
"Wind in the willows"- have a group of 6 stand in a circle with one student
in the middle. The center person stands with their arms folded over their
    chest -X fashion,
palms flat to shoulders. The circle stands almost shoulder to shoulder and
the center person begins to lean back against the circle as they gently and
slowly pass center person around/back and forth. It's fun to make "Swishing"
sounds - like the wind too.

"Blind Man's Parachute"- Have a volunteer stand above the group, start with a
    table.
The group stands in two lines facing each other. The group must now lock
hands with the person across from them, right to right hands-left to left,
crossing arms and with a firm "handshake grip". The volunteer standing above
    the locked hand line-
turns their back to the line, closes eyes and crosses arms across chest (
    like in
Willows game) and falls backwards into the line. The object here is to build
    trust
so they better understand they MUST catch the "blind man" everytime!! Have
someone on table ( their hands on the blindman's arms ) to keep the blindman
safe and talk him/her through it.
Rotate till they all get a turn.
We did this and more "New Games" ice breakers at youth groups, over many years
and found that the kids loved it and became much closer , more cohesive and
    communicative too.

Tie it into "Interactive Art" and let them do a group abstact, with everyone
one adding several strokes/dabs or sploches!( Pollack?)
Next- build on the "eyes shut" excitement by putting various objects inside
    paper
lunch size bags. Students must feel object and draw it on a piece of paper,
No peeking -no talking. The table or team with the most recognizable
/correctly identified objects wins.( They love to compete ) You can also play
this with a list of words instead of the drawings......but I find it more fun
    to draw.
Your class will never be the same after this....
