    It's "The Incredible Art Department" <http://www.artswire.org/~kenroar.

    This site has won numerous awards in the past and was written up in Newsweek
    a few years past as the best educational site. Teri took it over the past
    year from Ken R. (a former artsednet member) who originated the site. Ken
    became an elementary principal plus a new daddy and found his site too much
    to manage. It's a great site to visit.
