Re: blind student in the art room...any resources?

I use a drawing board composed of fiber glass window
screening secured to a masonite panel. The drawings
created with a medium such as crayon leave a raised
line on the paper. Also determine level of
impairment. Some students benefit from working on
high contrast surfaces and colors. During my graduate
student days at Arrowmont, I had the priviledge of
watching a visually impaired student weave. She
worked on a vertical loom and wove some fascinating
textural images.
