I've done this with my 7th grade students. If you don't have the time you can get
away with one good coat of a sealer. I sprayed mine with acryic gloss. Pam
cooking spray does work well, just wipe off the excess with paper toweling. I
don't have frames for sheets , so the students just used their hands(ewwwwww- the
cry of the students) to scoop up a handful of pulp and let the water drain through
their fingers before they pressed the pulp into their bisque molds they created.
Beautiful results with recycled computer paper.
