I have the same problem with sketchbooks - they all seem to be A's or D's
(or not turned in at all!) and nothing in between. If I give more
open-ended assignments all I get is cartoon or tagger-type artwork. No one
seems to spend too much time on them! Let me know any good suggestions
anyone might have!
