An art teacher I work with in Fort Worth might be someone you wish to contact
about the Japanese tea ceremony. She has gone so far as to build a Japanese
garden complete with tea house. You can see the garden (as well as her
dedication ceremonies for the garden) at this address:

The teacher who undertook this garden at her school has been named 2000 NAEA
National Elementary Art Educator of the Year.
