Not that I know of...when a kiln shelf is broken , then its time to
change its function. It becomes a great place to put pieces that have a
questionably large amount of glaze on them in the kiln. The extra glaze
can dribble on a broken kiln shelf and not on the "good" one.

There is a beauty in the broken clay. It's beginning the process of
returning back to the earth.

Is there a glue or cement that can adequately fix a broken shelf?

This is at my grade school and I do not fire higher than cone #04.

Any potters out there?
