Golly, this sure sounds like a strange idea encouraged by your system, =
not totally wholesome I may add. I do work with a very big population of =
ESL and new to the country, but never self-contained. I would =
investigate having access to an interpreter. However, working without an =
interpreter, I have found that the instruction of the arts to be so very =
visualand the students catch on so fast. I generally demo everything =
carefully step-by-step as far as procedure. I also have found that =
making an instruction sheet for procedure is very helpful(no words, just =
pictures)
