The Hirschorn Museum in Washington had two videos and a book for
students about Close in their bookstore. One of the Close videos is
available through Crystal Productions (call 1-800-255-8629 for a free
color catalog).

Debi has written us a very nice account of her meeting with Chuck
Close.
I wish that students all over could have such an opportunity; I think
they
would come away just as impressed as she was. And, it's so important
to
many of our physically challenged students to see what great work can
be
done by a guy who has some pretty formidable disabilities. I wonder
if
there are videotapes or films avaiable of Close working or discussing
his
work. Anyone know?
