Custodians and other personnel

Hey , do you all remember being told in your training days that you want and
need the custodian and secretary to be your friends or allies? It isn't always
easy, but being nice to them usually means (not 100% ) that they'll treat you
well.
Maybe I'm just lucky, but the respect between our secretary and custodian and
myself is mutual. They go out of their way to help me at times. And I make
sure I remember then at during the holidays and other times.
