Diane,
Our school district is presently utilizing the talents and well as
character lessons inspired by Eli Thomas. He is known in various circles,
world-wide, as a person who teaches character in a very subtle way as he
demonstrates his painting style in acrylics, and shares his Native American
heritage. His paintings which are, I would say, closest to an
impressionistic style, loaded with symbolism and hidden images. All his
paintings have well-thought out stories. He had everyone in my classes
spell-bound. He interacts well with all age levels, and lets kids ask
questions. I would highly reccommend him. He lives in the Central New
York area, but travels to many places to spread his expertise. And...he
has a great sense of humor! Kathy B
