Hi. If it were ME, I'd add some photos (like a small album of them) to show
the interviewer how you are relating to the kids while they are working and
some of the projects you have done with them. Pictures "speak" a thousand
words. It puts a human face on what you've done, are doing, and and how the
kids respond to you. Make sure they're smilin'...hee, hee. This also shows
process as well as product so you've got both bases covered. If I were an
interviewer, I'd be impressed with these. It would give me a clearer,
visual picture of what kind of teacher you are then from just reading a
written resume.
